Do Cats See Jinn?

All cat owners may notice from time to time that their pet is staring at one point, for no reason at all, or afraid of a particular object in a room without anything being present. However, science explains this strange behavior logically, without resorting to the world of ghosts and fear to explain phenomena that take place in our world and with the pets that live among us.

At first glance, the strange and abnormal actions of cats can be explained by their strong sense of smell and a strong sense of hearing as well. Cats have amazing sensitivity and can hear what the average human cannot hear, as they can hear the stomping of ants (as it is said). So you can notice, sometimes, that cats focus on some things when we don’t see or hear it. And the fact that a cat can sometimes jump up suddenly, is explained by scientists that cats in general love to play.

At the same time, scientists can’t explain all the strange and supernatural things that happen with cats, and some stories remain a mystery that is difficult to solve, as do some mysteries related to humans.

Meanwhile, proven in the righteous sunnah that the donkey sees the devil, so it is the cause of its braying. From Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace be upon him said (what means): (If you hear the crowing of roosters, ask Allah of His bounty; because it saw an Angel, and if you have heard a braying of a donkey, say “A^outhu Billahi mina-sh shaytani-r Rajeem”, because it saw the devil.)

And Jabir bin Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said (what means): (If you have heard dogs barking and donkeys braying at night, say “A^outhu Billahi mina-sh shaytani-r Rajeem”, because it see what you don’t see).

In these hadiths, there is a clear indication that some of the animals see the devil – who is of the the jinn – a real vision that frightens him, and there is no objection to them hearing the voices of the jinn and demons as well.
