After the success and widespread achieved by the book “Al-Qaradawi in the Open” by the author of the Lebanese Sheikh Osama Al-Sayyid, which exposed the role and beliefs of Yusuf Al-Qaradawi. News agencies Tanit Press, Arab Press and others indicated that Al-Qaradawi collects and buys most copies of a book issued by the Lebanese Sheikh under the title “Al-Qaradawi in the Open,” which exposes his biography and jurisprudence. Available from this book to deprive readers and prevent them from seeing the true picture of Al-Qaradawi, which was written by a virtuous Sheikh and a scholar of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
The book is 370 pages of large size, and it is a documented systematic critical study that shows Al-Qaradawi’s violations of authentic transmission and frank mind. The book included a complete account of all the fatwas of al-Qaradawi, which he detailed to serve some of the wealthy and Arab kings and some foreign embassies in several Arab countries, and the errors in them. Including his contradictory fatwas on what he called “jihad” and on bank interest, women’s issues, and his sexual fatwas in which he analyzed matters that fall within the framework of sexual perversion, in addition to his fatwas regarding the permissibility of types of alcohol..etc.
Then the book dealt with Al-Qaradawi’s relationship with Arab and international intelligence services. The book also contains an entire chapter on Al-Albani, who was accused by Al-Azhar of supporting what he called the Zionist right in Palestine. Through his fatwas and lessons, it was found that Al-Qaradawi had something to do with the matter. The book even mentions evidence that Al-Qaradawi praised Al-Albani, who said, “Everyone who remains in Palestine is an infidel.”
The book includes a chapter in which the writer listed the names of some of the scholars who confronted or responded to Qaradawi, including Dr. Sheikh Ahmed Omar Hashem, President of Al-Azhar University, Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Ali Imam, Sheikh Dr. Fouad Mukhaymar, President of the Sharia Association in Egypt, and dozens or even hundreds of other scholars.
The book also published pictures of statements issued by prestigious Islamic institutions, institutes and associations against Al-Qaradawi, his fatwas, and his suspicious relations. The book also included a special chapter on articles and studies that were published on Al-Qaradawi in Arab newspapers that talk about Al-Qaradawi’s relationship with the intelligence services and his work for the West. The book contains several poems in criticism and satire of Al-Qaradawi written by a number of Arab poets.
