The boycott is a voluntary global Palestinian movement supporting the Palestinian cause peacefully, aimed at weakening the Israeli entity and its supporters economically, academically, culturally, and politically. It is one of the greatest strategic threats facing the entity.
Since the beginning of the war on Gaza, the boycott campaign has been growing steadily. The dissemination of boycotted products, cultural symbols, and anything related to supporting Israel has been increasing and spreading through media outlets and social networks. Now, after nearly 8 months of war, major international companies supporting the entity are suffering, which is a strong indication of the power and importance of the boycott.
Unfortunately, there are still some sceptics about the impact and importance of the boycott. Legally, contemporary scholars have issued fatwas (religious rulings) endorsing the necessity of boycotting. It is a means of jihad (struggle) with wealth, a way to strengthen faith by feeling that we are doing something for them. If you get tired of boycotting after all these months, the Israeli enemy has not tired of killing our Gazan brothers, slaughtering them, dismembering them, displacing them from one place to another. They have not tired of tormenting their children, dispersing their families, starving and thirsting them. When you agree to buy something that supports them or follow a famous person who supports them, or even remain silent about them as if struck deaf and dumb, remember their bloodshed mercilessly, the houses demolished by the entity on the heads of their inhabitants, the bereaved mother carrying the bodies of her children, and the father who still cannot believe the death of his sons, their severed limbs and their bleeding wounds without relief. Remember with every penny you pay you are paying the price of the cannon and gunpowder that bleed their bodies, and the fire that burns their hearts.
Boycott and consider it jihad for the sake of God. If you voluntarily deprive yourself of something you love and have an alternative, then they are deprived against their will, with no alternative. The pain is great, and the suffering is terrible. They have experienced what no human being has experienced bitterness, oppression, and anguish. They are our brothers, and if you feel what they are going through, you will boycott. God is with them, no water, no food, no medicine. If the brutal occupation could cut off the air from them, it would have. May God destroy it and cut off its limbs.
Their voices, the voices of their children and mothers, never leave the conscience of any human being. What have they done to deserve all this pain and suffering? They demand their legitimate and human rights. They have done nothing to deserve all this injustice. Resistance is their natural and legitimate right, like all free peoples.
The worst thing is the international silence and global hypocrisy. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. O God, strengthen and guide them, and make their aim accurate. If you have not boycotted until this moment, when will you boycott? It is the weakest faith. And if you get tired of boycotting, they are not tired of patience and complaining to God. So, do not be among those who complain, and take the matter seriously and firmly.
Since the beginning of the war, I did not want to write about it until it ended. I did not think it would last this long. I thought it would pass like any other time, but this time it has lasted and become difficult, and we do not know when it will end. But what we know is that it is another catastrophe and torment for people who only deserve to live in dignity and freedom. They were driven out of their homes to live in tents or the remnants of tents. I will not ask the sinful world to move to eradicate this malignant tumour and the oppressive entity, for the world moves according to its interests, not according to what humanity requires. But I ask every living conscience to do what he can to offer something to these afflicted people. The simplest thing we can do is boycott. They do not tire, so do not tyre of boycotting, even after the end of the war, and God willing, its end is near, as long as this entity exists, boycott everything that nourishes it and increases its strength. This is a test for us, may we succeed in it.
Are you tired of boycotting?!
How do you pray for their victory with both hands and with those same hands pay from your money to oppress them and support their enemy?! Do not contradict yourself and do not be as hypocritical as this dual-standard world. Boycott and remember their pain and tragedy, and pray a lot for them… O God, patience for the people of Gaza, relieve their suffering, heal their diseases, heal their wounds, and have mercy on their martyrs. O God, relief from You.
Boycott and do not tire of boycotting.
