After nearly eight months since the blessed “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation that took place on October 7th, the legendary resilience of the Palestinian resistance led by the Al-Qassam Brigades and other resistance factions continues.
These factions bravely stand to repel the Israeli aggression and inflict significant losses, recording tangible victories and successes in the field. During the recent rounds of escalation against the occupation forces, the resistance succeeded in carrying out a qualitative operation by capturing Israeli soldiers by luring them into Jabaliya Camp in the northern Gaza Strip. This operation dealt a strong blow to the occupation and enhanced the position of the resistance in its ongoing struggle to achieve Palestinian rights.
The Palestinian resistance factions engage in fierce battles with the occupation forces in Jabaliya Camp in northern Gaza, where the occupation forces suffer heavy blows and exceptional qualitative operations unmatched in bravery and courage. Facing armed resistance fighters with simple equipment, the occupation forces, armed with the strongest weapons and supported by the world’s most powerful countries, nevertheless continued to endure resistance and challenge, inflicting losses on the occupation.
The resistance persists in capturing occupation soldiers
Recently, the Al-Qassam Brigades succeeded in capturing several occupation soldiers who were sent to retrieve captives. This event will undoubtedly impact the course of military operations in Gaza and even the political scene within the occupation state. The capture operation comes after 233 days of aggression in Jabaliya, located four kilometers north of Gaza City, an area previously entered and withdrawn from by the occupation army, indicating that the next stage of the war will be more complicated for the occupation.
Abu Ubaidah, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, appeared in a recorded speech after the capture operation to affirm that the Palestinian resistance fighters “continue to teach the occupation lessons in the battlefields,” indicating that the occupation forces “search for the remains of their captives for Netanyahu’s personal schemes.”
Since the beginning of the war, the Palestinian resistance has imposed an important transformation in the conflict with the Israeli occupation, successfully shattering the deterrence image boasted by the occupation army not only over Palestine but over the entire region, destroying its military and technological prestige.
Despite the pressure and siege, the resistance continues to deliver blow after blow to the occupation and its forces in Gaza, putting it in a real dilemma and exposing its repeated defeats to its society, opposition, and the families of the captives.
This military and intelligence failure drives the occupation, as usual, to retaliate against civilians to cover up its monumental failures and to break anyone who stands with the Palestinians.
However, the Palestinian resistance remains superior in the field. Despite possessing the Iron Dome system, advanced weapons arsenal, modern technology, and massive economic support from its allies, the resistance has proven its superiority and steadfast determination with its limited resources. Through the bravery and courage of its fighters, the resistance has managed to maintain its battlefield superiority and deliver painful blows to the occupation, bolstering its position and increasing pressure on the enemy in both military and political arenas.
It has become clear to everyone today that the Palestinian resistance has become a real challenge to the brutal Israeli occupation. With its patience and courage, it has succeeded in harnessing power for the sake of justice, making it a loud voice demanding Palestinian rights and gaining support and endorsement from various parts of the world.
With unparalleled creativity and precision in field performance, the resistance has managed to inflict severe losses on the occupation and launched missile barrages from Rafah towards Tel Aviv and other cities. These field achievements will constitute a significant morale boost politically and militarily for the resistance and the Palestinian people. The West Bank and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon witnessed widespread celebrations of the announcement of more occupation soldiers being captured, all of which will represent a new historical addition to the series of setbacks and defeats of the occupation since October 7th.
This qualitative operation may create significant pressure on decision-makers in the occupation, especially Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. It demonstrates the failure of Netanyahu’s military strategy, which failed to retrieve captives and led to the capture of others. Thus, it highlights that military pressure from the occupation is not the solution to retrieve captives and increases doubts within the occupation society about Netanyahu and his leadership style in the battle, especially regarding prisoner exchange deals.
This increasing failure may compel the occupation to reconsider its strategy and move towards reaching an exchange deal according to the resistance’s conditions, including ending military operations. With its steadfastness and ability to deliver painful blows to the occupation, proving itself as a strong spearhead, the Palestinian resistance is writing a new chapter in the history of the war against the occupation.
