Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh stated that the Revolutionary Guards’ operation was legitimate and in accordance with international law.
Nasirzadeh added, “We have not yet used our most advanced and destructive missile capabilities in Operation Al-Wa’d Al-Sadiq.”
He explained, “If the region escalates into war, we will respond with greater intensity in the next waves.”
Meanwhile, the Iranian General Staff warned, “If the nations supporting the Zionist entity intervene, we will forcefully target their interests and headquarters in the region.”
They emphasized, “The Zionist entity should anticipate the widespread and comprehensive destruction of its infrastructure if it chooses to retaliate.”
Iranian Chief of Staff Mohammad Bagheri said, “The Zionist entity has doubled its crimes by assassinating Nasrallah, which left us with no patience.” He clarified, “We exercised restraint after the assassination of Haniyeh at the request of the US and Europe in order to establish a ceasefire in Gaza.”
Bagheri confirmed that Tehran had struck three major airbases, a Mossad headquarters, the Nevatim base housing F-35 fighters, radars, tanks, and troop carriers near Gaza, as well as the Hatzerim base responsible for the assassination of Nasrallah.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqir Qalibaf stated that his country “has shown the aggressors only a small fraction of Iran’s power.”
Additionally, the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated, “Our forces’ attack on the Zionist entity falls within the framework of legitimate defense, in accordance with the UN Charter.”
The Ministry also warned against third-party involvement in the conflict, holding supporters of the Zionist entity responsible for halting its reckless adventures.
It added that “the attack on Israel was limited to military and security targets.”
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi declared that his country’s actions would cease unless the Israeli regime decided to prompt further retaliation.
Araghchi pointed out that “Israel’s supporters now bear a great responsibility in restraining the war hawks in Tel Aviv,” noting that Iran exercised its right to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter.
Iran launched a large-scale missile attack on the occupying state, triggering sirens across the occupied territories, with settlers rushing to shelters.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced in a statement that they struck “targets” in Israel with “dozens” of missiles, avenging the deaths of Hassan Nasrallah and Ismail Haniyeh.
The Revolutionary Guards confirmed that their missile attack hit “three military bases” in the Tel Aviv area.
In a statement, the Guards said, “We targeted three military bases around Tel Aviv” during the operation, which involved launching dozens of ballistic missiles.
According to Israeli army radio, “Iran launched no fewer than 200 missiles, and sirens are continuously sounding throughout the country.”
