On Wednesday, Lebanon’s Hezbollah revealed details about two new missiles, “Nasr 1” and “Qader 2,” which have recently been introduced into service. These missiles were used against occupation sites this past Monday.
In a statement, the party explained that the new “Nasr 1” missile, developed by Hezbollah engineers as part of efforts to enhance both defense and offensive capabilities, features a range of 100 kilometers, a warhead weighing 100 kilograms, and a diameter of 302 mm.
This surface-to-surface missile is known for its precision, capable of targeting vital enemy facilities with an accuracy of up to five meters.
The resistance emphasized that “Nasr 1” is designed to evade enemy air defense systems, making it resistant to jamming.

Hezbollah’s military media released a video on Wednesday showcasing the features and specifications of the “Qader 2” missile, which was deployed on Monday against occupation forces’ positions.
This ballistic surface-to-surface missile, developed by Lebanese resistance engineers, has a range of approximately 250 kilometers, carrying a powerful explosive warhead weighing 405 kilograms. It measures 8.6 meters in length with a diameter of 620 mm.
“Qader 2” is designed for striking critical targets with an accuracy of five meters and is distinguished by its high destructive power.
Hezbollah stated that the missile was brought into service last Monday.
On Monday evening, the Islamic Resistance announced that it had launched a barrage of rockets towards the outskirts of Tel Aviv, utilizing the “Qader 2” missile. This was done in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza, in solidarity with their noble and resilient resistance, in defense of Lebanon and its people, and as a response to the barbaric Israeli assaults on cities, villages, and civilians.
Hezbollah’s military media also published a weapon card today for the “Qader 2” and “Nasr 1” missiles, both of which were officially deployed on October 14, 2024.
