The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah launched Saturday a range of precision and drone-based attacks on multiple Israeli military sites and settlements, which targeted key Israeli military bases and groupings of Israeli soldiers.
The attacks began in the early hours with a barrage of rockets targeting the settlement of Kiryat Shmona, escalating further with an operation targeting a grouping of Israeli soldiers around Aita al-Shaab. By midday, the Islamic Resistance launched a swarm of one-way attack drones at 11:30 am (local time) on Tel Nof Airbase, in southern Tel Aviv, striking their objectives with precision.
Further expanding their targets in northern occupied Palestine, Resistance fighters launched a rocket strike on the Meisar Base, a significant intelligence center in occupied Safad. This was followed by another barrage aimed at Krayot, in northern Haifa. As the operations intensified, more rocket strikes targeted Israeli military positions and settlements, including an attack on Israeli soldiers stationed at the Ayelet Base, and another in the al-Masharifah area of Ras al-Naqoura.
Throughout the afternoon, the attacks continued with relentless barrages, including a strike on soldiers in the settlement of Shlomi, followed by attacks on the settlements of Metula and Gatton. A substantial rocket barrage was launched on Yesod HaMa’ala and the Jal al-Alam site.
The wave of attacks did not relent as Islamic Resistance fighters struck several strategic locations in quick succession, hitting the Haboushit site and both the Ma’ale Golani barracks and the settlement of Sha’ar Yeshuv. Shortly afterward, the Snir artillery barracks and a grouping of Israeli soldiers east of Maroun al-Ras came under additional barrages.
In the early evening, the Shraga base was hit with a large barrage of rockets before Islamic Resistance fighters executed a second aerial assault using drones on the Naoura base east of Afula.
The operations concluded with a final rocket barrage later in the evening, which targeted Israeli soldiers in the settlement of Hatzor.
Hezbollah, issued an evacuation order on Saturday evening, directed at Israeli settlers in 25 settlements in northern occupied Palestine, after Israeli occupation forces who had been forcing people to flee their homes in numerous areas across Lebanon.
Hezbollah stated that these settlements had become military outposts where Israeli occupation forces are stationed to launch attacks on Lebanon. Consequently, Hezbollah declared them legitimate military targets for its aerial and missile forces, calling on settlers to “evacuate immediately.”
“You are requested to evacuate immediately. Your settlements have become a place of deployment and settlement for the enemy military forces attacking Lebanon. As a result, they have become legitimate military targets for the air and missile forces of the Islamic Resistance,” the warning read.
The settlements included in the evacuation order are: Kiryat Shmona, Yesud HaMa’ala, Ayelet HaShahar, Hatzor HaGlilit, Karmeil, Maalot Tarshiha, Even Menachem, Nahariya, Rosh Pina, Shamir, Shaal, Meron, Kapri, Abirim, Dalton, Neve Ziv, Katzrin, Kfar Hanania, Manot, Beit HaEmek, Kfar Vradim, Harashim, Birya, Kidmat Tsvi, and Bar Yohai.
