The Israeli occupation forces have announced the conclusion of their military operation against Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza city area, confirming the withdrawal of Brigade 460 while maintaining the presence of the Givati and 401 Brigades.
The Israeli military claimed that “since the beginning of operations in the area (Jabalia Refugee Camp and other northern Gaza regions), approximately 50,000 residents have been evacuated, and around 600 individuals have been detained,” alleging that they belong to Hamas.
The remaining resistance fighters, according to Israeli sources, have fortified positions within Jabalia. The military stated that it is “intensifying the conflict in the refugee camp,” adding that “the Israeli army has decided to besiege the camp, aiming to exhaust the residents, isolate resistance members, and prevent their escape,” as reported by Maariv.
The 460, Givati, and 401 brigades have encircled Jabalia Camp, with the 460th brigade reaching nearby schools and shelters. From these sites, approximately 5,000 residents were initially displaced, followed by 20,000, bringing the total to 50,000 forcibly displaced Palestinians.
In the last few hours, the Israeli occupation forces have committed new massacres in Gaza, resulting in nearly 100 martyrs and dozens more wounded or missing.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health, in its report on the 388th day of the ongoing aggression against Gaza, confirmed that Israeli forces have perpetrated five massacres targeting families in the area, resulting in 96 martyrs and 277 injuries within the past 48 hours.
The Ministry highlighted that numerous victims remain trapped under rubble or in streets that rescue and civil defense teams cannot access, especially in northern Gaza.
The total toll of the Israeli assault since October 7, 2023, has now risen to 43,020 martyrs and 101,110 injuries.
