The Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah conducted 11 operations against Israeli occupation forces and sites on Thursday, reaffirming the party’s support to the Palestinian people and its intent to defend Lebanese sovereignty against Israeli aggression.
Resistance fighters responded to an Israeli attack on Kfar Dajjal that occurred on Thursday morning, targeting a vehicle in the southern Lebanese town. The attack led to the martyrdom of Mohammad Ali Nasser Faran, “Nasser”, a Hezbollah fighter. It also endangered civilians, including children making their way to school, injuring several.
Hezbollah responds to attack that injured schoolchildren
In this context, Hezbollah fighters conducted their first operation, targeting the headquarters of the Israeli 91st Division, which commands the Northern Front.
Hezbollah fighters launched a large salvo of Grad-type rocket artillery at a recently set up headquarters of the 91st Division in the Ayelet Base.
In continuation of the Resistance’s response to the malicious Israeli strike, Resistance fighters also launched another attack on the headquarters of an infantry battalion of the 769th Territorial Brigade “Hiram”. The Brigade is responsible for ground operations on the eastern section of the area in and around the Palestinian-Lebanese border and includes three infantry battalions.
In this attack, Hezbollah fighters launched dozens of Grad-type rockets and Falaq-type rockets at the headquarters located in the Israeli Beit Hillel Base.
After the Resistance fired the salvos at the battalion’s headquarters, Hezbollah’s Unammaned Air Force launched an attack on another site in nearby Kiryat Shmona.
This time, Hezbollah’s suicide drones made their way toward the 769th Territorial Brigade’s headquarters in the Kiryat Shmona Base. The base also known as Camp Gibor is Hiram’s administrative headquarters, contrary to the base in Beit Hillel, which hosts the Brigade’s main logistics site.
In this context, suicide drones dove toward an office section hosting Israeli military officers while another set of drones impacted a building utilized by the Brigade’s communications team.

The Islamic Resistance’s operations extended deep into Thursday night, as fighters attacked a flurry of Israeli targets, including troops and an Israeli Merkava tank, which was destroyed.
- At 12:30 pm (local time), Hezbollah fighters attacked the Israeli Metulla site, destroying key spyware installed in the site.
- Another attack targeting Israeli spyware was conducted at 2:30 pm, in which Hezbollah fighters destroyed Israeli-installed equipment installed on al-Raheb military site.
- At 4:55 pm Hezbollah artillery units shelled al-Marj military site.
- Concurrently, the Resistance’s fighters launched an anti-tank guided missile at an Israeli military tank near Shtula. Anti-armor units found success in the intricately planned ambush, destroying the tank and killing and injuring its crew members. The tank was positioned opposite Ayta al-Shaab, a town in South Lebanon, and was actively shelling nearby areas.
- At 7:20 pm, Hezbollah fighters attacked the Zibdine military site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, dealing direct hits to the intended targets.
- In response to Israeli attacks on Lebanese towns, the Resistance launched two separate attacks targeting buildings in occupied territories, appropriated by troops for military use. In the first attack, Resistance fighters fired unspecified weapons at three buildings in Even Menachem, dealing direct hits to all three.
- In the second attack, the Resistance launched another attack on a building in Metulla using the “appropriate weapons” to do so.
- Finally, Resistance fighters targeted a grouping of Israeli occupation soldiers positioned opposite the Lebanese town of Yaroun.
Thursday’s attacks, especially the response to the assassination of martyr Nasser and the endangerment of schoolchildren, showcase Hezbollah’s multi-faceted military capabilities and the group’s ability to accurately attack Israeli targets via a flurry of weapons.
The operations highlight the Resistance’s ability to achieve planned objectives while maintaining the ability to emphatically respond to substantial Israeli violations. In detail, Thursday’s operations saw the continued dissection of Israeli military hardware and equipment by the Resistance, a plan that has eased operations ground forces. Moreover, the Resistance, while maintaining secrecy to its strategic weapons arsenal, barraged a strategic Israeli logistics base and dealt hits to an essential command and control center.
