Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, a praise that rewards His blessings and rewards more, and prayers and peace are the most complete trust in the best of creation, the master of the sons of Adam, the bearer of the banner of praise, the Prophet of guidance and mercy, and upon his family and companions, who struggled with him, and conveyed the message of Allah to people, – may Allah be pleased with them – all.
And then: On the authority of Ibn Abbas – may Allah be pleased with them – that a blind mother had a son, who used to insult the Prophet – may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him – and fell into him, and he forbade her, so she did not stop, and he rebuked her, so she did not get upset! He said: One night, she began to fall and curse the Prophet – may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him – so the Mongolian took him and put him in her stomach and leaned on him, so he killed her and a child fell between her legs, and she smeared what is there with blood! When this morning was mentioned to the Messenger of God – may God bless him and grant him peace – he gathered the people and said: “I beg Allah for a man who does what he does, I have a right over him unless he gets up.” The blind man got up, skipping people, shaking until he sat in front of the Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – and he said what means: O Messenger of Allah, I am with her. Yesterday she was cursing you and falling for you, so I took the Mongolian and put him in her stomach, and I leaned on her until I killed her! The Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “Don’t they bear witness that her blood was wasted?”
This hadith was brought out by Imam Abu Dawood in his Sunan in the Book of Hudud, Chapter of Judgment on Whoever Cursed the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – with No. (4361), and Imam An-Nasa’i included it in his Sunan in the Book of Al-Muharbah, Chapter on Judgment on Whoever Cursed the Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – with the number (4075), and Al-Hakim included it in Al-Mustadrak No. (8044), and Al-Daraqutni and Al-Tabarani in Al-Kabeer.
Al-Sindi – may God have mercy on him – said: In the hadith there is evidence that if a dhimmi does not restrain his tongue from God and His Messenger, he is not liable, so it is permissible to kill him.
Al-Mundhiri said: In it is that the insulting of the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – is to be killed, and it has been said: There is no dispute that the insulting one of the Muslims must be killed, but the dispute is if he is a dhimmi. What they are from is greater polytheism (that is, polytheism is greater than insulting the Prophet – may God bless him and grant him peace – and Malik said: Whoever insults the Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – among the Jews and Christians will be killed, unless he embraces Islam. Ended Al-Mundhiri’s words. Quoting from Awn al-Mabood.
Abu Dawood also narrated from the hadith of Ali – may God be pleased with him -: “A Jewess used to curse the Messenger of God – may God bless him and grant him peace – and fall into her. A man strangled her until she died, so the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – nullified her blood.”
Insulting the Prophet peace be upon him is an insult to all Muslims and their religion
It is well known that the Messengers of God, may God’s blessings and peace be upon them, bring God’s messages to convey them to their people, for they are a mediator between God and worship. The Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – squandered the blood of Judaism that hurt and cursed him, and if the polytheist does not truly know God – the Almighty – and does not hope for reverence for him, then it is not surprising that he insults a prophet, one of the prophets. a messenger and He sent down a book to them, and in their book is glorification of this prophet, so whoever harms or insults him, he is a disbeliever with what he has of knowledge, and conceals the truth while he knows.
And when contemporary infidels insult the Prophet of Islam, this insult, mockery and ridicule is an insult to the religion of Islam and an insult to all Muslims who profess the religion of Islam. Therefore, Muslims must rise in defense of themselves, their religion and their Prophet.
